Header Tank
This header tank was for an international digital ink customer and incorporates a miniature float switch to maintain a stable pressure above the printhead. Our engineers, using their knowledge of fluidic components , brought the product swiftly to market. As some of the inks used are aggressive, inert materials had to be used throughout and our design team used their expertise to select the most appropriate materials for this work. The product has now been launched worldwide and with our Just in Time procedures is able to minimise their stock holding requirements and satisfy their customers demand for product.
Low Pressure Chromatography Column
A Chromatography column was required by a European Clinical company for separation of biological samples using their own packing materials. The customer came to us for our knowledge of chromatography and fluidic components. We designed a suitable column with care for the materials used and the connections to the rest of his system.
